The cold weather snuck up on us this year and when we took our Motor Home in for winterizing it was frozen up🥶. They were able to thaw things out by turning on the furnace and the heat to the fresh water holding tank. (The Black and Gray) were empty.). Then it was winterized. In the Spring when we take it back for dewinterizing they will keep it and do some testing to make sure there are no leaks. They were very patient, friendly and thorough. I was pleased with the way they worked with me to solve the problem on my RV and by doing so they saved me money also.
Everyone is so nice & helpful there. They went way beyond to make sure I was happy with my RV Trailer.. & they even made sure my 2 little fur babies had water ect ... very happy with Jeff, Jennifer , Emily & all of the crew there so nice!!! What a great bunch of guys! They knew I live in my RV so they got my generator ordered Monday and put it in on Saturday. They all worked on different jobs to get it done for me even extra things. Thank you to Ryan, Zac and Alex.!! Donuts are on the way. Marilyn
