bought a trailer in August of 19 spent alot of money. They gave me the wrong power cord so the first trip out I was unable to run a generator when I came back they swapped it no problem. then a few trips later the camper lost all power off battery I could only run off generator. Took them weeks to even look at it. my cabinets are falling apart they said they were going to warranty them and call me when they were in. that was in January I believe it is mid April right now still have not heard anything!! RecommendedThe cold weather snuck up on us this year and when we took our Motor Home in for winterizing it was frozen up🥶. They were able to thaw things out by turning on the furnace and the heat to the fresh water holding tank. (The Black and Gray) were empty.). Then it was winterized. In the Spring when we take it back for dewinterizing they will keep it and do some testing to make sure there are no leaks. They were very patient, friendly and thorough.
