DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Our travel trailer has been there since April, on a job that we were told would be 3 weeks!! At Around 6 weeks my husband happened to be in the area, so he went to take a look at the progress!! To his surprise, our trailer was barely recognizable because of ADDITIONAL damage they caused. We were never notified of the lot damage. We called several days later and they still had not ordered the parts needed to repair the damage they caused. They did check in on us, gave great advice on how to pick out a trailer and were there for all our questions. With a fair trade in value for our old one, the deal was smooth and painless.
