We have lived at a property managed by Bobbi Baker for quite sometime. At first she was responsive but after she knew we would not be moving she stopped fixing things. Now she doesnt answer her phone and has no office hours. If you just want to throw money away and be miserable in a rundown dirty place then let her be your landlord. She is a slumlord and doesnt care who knows it since she mainly rents to minorities in bad neighborhoods she thinks she can get away with it. I hired Bobbi Baker to manage our investment property in Kansas City, MO and she was paid thousand and thousands of dollars and my property is worthless right now as I have been notified by a Realtor and the one tenant left. She never did work but charged you like an attorney and as if she or her crew was there on a daily basis. I discovered she was receiving rents on my behalf from a Medical Organization for a tenant she evicted. DO NOT HIRE HER TO MANAGER YOUR PROPERTY, SHE WILL ONLY TAKE ALL YOUR RENT MONEY!!!

I've known Bobbi for years, she's a tough, no nonsense kind of gal and a good property manager. We may be in the same business but we work together to better neighborhoods and put our competition aside. I've always wondered Bobbi.... who are the friends?
