My 14 yr old son bought a rare collectible action figure he had saved up to get. Shortly after we left, a defective part broke. When we went back, they took care of us.. Got us new parts and made it even better! I love these guys. Great customer service and the entire staff helped us at some point during our visit. We are definitely going back and telling our friends.
Awesome store with great inventory filled with plenty of exclusives that are hard to find! And fair pricing with great customer assistance. Trade in value is better then other shops I've been to.
Perfect store for finding amazing gifts for your kids or that old toy you never got when you where younger, also perfect place for a collector of all types. Good services and great people what more can you ask for!
So much awesome stuff. Too much to choose from. Awesome and friendly staff.
The nostalgia is real in this store, definitely one of the best collectible toy stores I've been to in WA. The people there were very nice and easy to approach. I definitely plan to stop by one more time before I leave.
