Disappointed and misled. I recently purchased a new Ford Explorer and after agreeing to terms and signing paperwork, I proceeded to take possession of the vehicle. I was called back a week later by the Finance Manager to inform me that a mistake was made on their part and that I needed to resign paperwork, as they misunderstood the Ford incentive plans.
