Just took my modified VW for service at BWA and the team ensured it will be the first of many. Not only did they replace the parts I needed for much less than quoted at the dealership, they also spotted and were happy to replace some very worn parts at the same time. My VW has never driven better than it has after visiting BWA!
Team at BWA Auto helped me out with a new Unitronic tune, had issues with another brand of tune on my car, and Joshua got it sorted. The Unitronic tune feels great. Exceptional service and helpful team, thank you!
Paul and his team are extremely transparent upfront and honest. They quote very reasonably and are always so much help in person or over the phone.
A 1-star review was initially given based on an unpleasant and disrespectful employee (Nathan). This matter has now been appropriately resolved, so the score has been changed to 5 stars.
Took my 85 Porsche to them for the first time and I was extremely happy with my experience. They seemed very thorough and very fair. Would certainly recommend.
