Dr. Deason is VERY expensive and wants payment in advance. I had insurance and still had to pay 1800.00 out of my pocket for work. The front office is VERY rude and demanding of payment and quick to put you on some special credit card payment plan. The office put charges on my card without my approval BEFORE services performed and also over charged me by almost 200 dollars which I caught and had to contact them to remove. Deason's work is not thourough as I am already having chipping problems with a crown he did 2 years ago.... read more
I wish I could find the kind of dental care here in Texas that I received from Dr. Bob Deason in the past. He and his staff couldn't be kinder and more thorough, and if he recommends extensive procedures, it's because the patient needs them. He's all about preventive dentistry to try to help his patients keep their teeth as long as possible. Dr. Deason has studied the latest techniques and it shows. I had two implants done and never even had to take any pain medication, just an advil. I can finally chew again. The staff is super friendly and knowlegable about my insurance.
Dr is a perfectionist and very good if he does the work. Dental assistants do advanced work, so you should insist on dr reviewing their work. He can sometimes be abrasive with the dental assistants. Office staff manager is difficult to work with. Costs are high, and if you question them, the office manager is not accommodating. Because of her, I am looking for another dentist.
I had a gum lift, porcelin veneers, a crown, and three white fill ins. Had mild pain. The staff has been very professional and helpful with filing insurance. Chair-side manners were great. The hygienists were great as well as the front desk. The front desk has been very patient and helpful with giving me directions several times as well as being understanding about me living about 30 minutes away and not being familiar with the area. Treatment seems expensive. They added things without asking withextra costs. Children that never had cavities before at a different dentist office, after transfer to this office have cavities.
Dr. Deason is very very good at his work. And his office is very high tech and with a really nice feel to it!
Great staff and facitlity. Highly recommended. Warm and caring. Comfortanle environment. Very professional.
The office is very clean and Dr. Deason answered all of my treatment concerns.
