The best smoothest truck buying experience from first call received by Mark Welch who kept it straightforward and went out of his way with his boss to unearth one more discount! To the final signing with the “Paperwork Guy”, no hard push but good explanation of all paperwork and coverage options. Our F-250 detailed out,(thank you detail guy!) and after all was completed Mark sat in the truck to orient us to all the workings, and got us both hooked up on the Ford App. Organized, knowledgeable, great teamwork!!!
