All of the work that I requested was completed in a timely manner. The service technician answered all my questions. The car was ready when promised. The cashier explained all of the work as stated on the bill. I will continue to take my 2020 Ford Escape to Bob Thomas for service. They are great.
I had a breakdown of my F350 while traveling and had to be towed. Was taken to Bob Thomas as closest dealer. Told them I had carshield, was told they could take care of it. Wrong! Carshield denied claim leaving me with over 7,000.00 in out of pocket expense
