I just traded my 2021Escape for a brand new 2026 Escape. Ryan, Zach, and Josh were extremely friendly and helpful. They made the entire process easy and painless, even to the point of sitting in the car with us while explaining all of the "bells and whistles." I received a great price for my trade-in. We have purchased several cars from Bob Thomas Ford, and we will definitely go to this business when we are looking to replace our other car. Normally I do not leave 5 star reviews as I feel usually places can improve somewhere. However, this experience my wife and I had today was beyond excellent. We went in with low hopes but wanted to test waters. Nikki (I think that was her name lol) and Zack both took special care of us along with some help with other team members. Avoid this dealership if you're not a man. My shocks were rattling so I let them valet my car to diagnose the problem. That, with the valet being free (I asked), was $160. They diagnosed it just fine and said they had to order a part for it, and said my back two shocks with labor and parts would cost $1300 altogether. That price didn't sound right to me.
