On 12/19/2022, I had a sales offer in writing from Bob Thomas Ford in Hamden, CT. It included a $1000 trade in assistance, and I was offered $12,500 for my car. Again, this was in writing and came from the sales manager. When I called the following day to consummate the sale, the manager told me he had erred on the trade-in-allowance blaming his general manager who stated he was paying too much for my trade.
