Needed TPMS sensors changed in my 2021 Ford Explorer ST(which I absolutely love). Called Tim to see if I could get worked in late this afternoon. He said they were pretty busy but he would work me in as soon as possible knowing I was going to have to wait while the work was being done. He got me checked in quickly and overall I was only there about 45 minutes. Service at Bob Thomas is beyond excellent!!!

Bob Thomas removes the bad reviews, so every time they remove my review I will come back! My experience with my salesperson was suspect at best because all he could keep saying was Please give me a good review. After he got my commission check, week 2 I asked for a loaner to get my rust proofing done. I go a car with no gas and a flat tire. DO NOT TRUST THEIR USED VEHICLE INSPECTION AT ALL! READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. FORT WAYNE IS A BIG CITY WITH MANY OPTIONS. They are friendly for sure. However, do not trust their inspection of a used vehicle. Ours purchased came with no transmission fluid in it. This shows that they are either not thorough what so ever on their inspection or their inspector isn't very good. This fluid level should have been immediately fixed upon any basic inspection.
