Let me start by saying I was gonna give 3 stars because everyone I talked to was so nice and accommodating to actually get me there, however I’m still confused and growing more so. Excellent service and happy with the deal I received in getting a 2019 Honda Civic! From sales to paperwork, the process was quick and easy. Very pleasant experience and staff. Logan Wood and the team were great to work with. In and out test driving and purchasing a car in about an hour. Can't beat that! Thanks to everyone who helped my husband and I get a car for our son today!
Just my experience but I wouldn’t recommend buying a used car from this dealership to anyone. Story time. I paid 7200 cash for a terrain that needed a timing chain repair.. the issue I had was the saleman told me it was a sensor, and I could clean it with cleaner and it’d be fine. Salesman also explained the dealership didn’t wanna spend the money to fix it.. should have been a red flag from the jump. ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. NEED SOME SERVICE DONE ON MY VEHICLE AND CANT GET A CALL BACK. OVER 2 MONTHS WASTED. DEALT WITH A DIFFERENT ADVISOR EACH TIME. EACH ONE SAID THEY WRRE SLAMMED AND WOULD LOOK IN TO IT AND CALL ME IN THE MORNING. GUESS WHAT? NEVER GOT A CALL BACK ONCE.
