These people suck! Alan So can't be trusted and neither can Kathy or Bob, so you have been warned. I'll tell you this, the people of our community have had enough, revolution is in the air and we are doing our best to affect change. Deferred maintenance may keep maintenance fees low but I'd rather pay more and have the place shine than see mediocrity. Boar president who doesn't even live on site? No thank you!
