Bob Sykes barbecue in Bessemer,Al my husband and I went there on 02-20-2024 and the food was horrible. I had the barbecue pork plate with cole slaw and potatoe salad. The cole slaw taste like they poured it straight out of the bag and the potatoe salad was a hump on potatoe with mustard on top and the pork was dry with very little barbecue sauce.
I give the food 5 stars, but the service that we received on today I give a 0 . The cashier Lakesha Williams attitude was so nasty and disrespectful to myself and my husband. That we will not be returning here. She doesn't know how to talk to guests, she rushes you to order, while you are asking her questions. She cuts you off in the middle of your order. If these are the type of workers that they are hiring now, their business is not going to survive. She needs to go.
