I had a very positive experience at Bob Smith. Never felt any pressure to buy or anything. I was able to test drive the car for a few days and that is how i made up my mind to buy it. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgable about the Mazda i was looking at.
Bob Smith Lincoln Mazda is the worst service department in Billings, MT. We had a new timing belt, water pump, and tune up done on our Mazda. After we drove 3500 miles and began experiencing problems just outside of Denver, CO, we took our Mazda to the local Mazda Dealership and was informed we needed a NEW timing belt and water pump. We presented the official repair receipt to Bob Smith in hope of a refund.
