Nice Apartments, Great Floors – Bob Schmitz has really fun apartments - always interesting, but comfortable too. They obviously spend a lot of time remodeling these old homes into nice spacious apartments with hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend checking out their website for some pictures. Nice homes and good maintenance – Bob Schmitz offers different options from apartments to homes at different prices suitable for many types of budgets. Maintenance service is always on time. The staff is always happy to answer your questions. They reward their clients, when you pay the rent early you get a coupon for a free pizza!!. My house is well equipped with central air conditioner and heat, plus security features.
Great house, Great Service, Great Maintenance – When I moved to the area and started house-hunting, I was surprised at the number of options. Bob Schmitz one of the best in Durham – I have lived with them for almost a year now. I have a BEAUTIFUL apartment, they fix things on time, and the staff is very helpful. They are always kind and courteous, and one of the best perks is that they offer you a free pizza if you pay your rent early.
bad houses – I found the quality of the housing to be very poor. Ok for students or people without much preference. My advice would be to shop around. You will find a better deal.
Couldn't be happier – We could not have been more happy with our choice- Bob Schmitz Properties is definitely the place to rent from. Application was an easy, quick process and on our move in day everything was clean, working and ready for us at the time they said. Everyone in the office has been so nice and there is always someone available to talk with. We would definitely recommend anyone we know who is looking for a reliable, honest company to rent from.
Great service and maintence – I have moved 4 times the last 5 years in cities and states up and down the East Coast. I've had my fair share of landlords and apartments. I have rented two apartments from Bob Schmitz Properties. They were both nice, clean, older apartments that had been remodeled. The apartments were nice but the best thing was that when I called for a maintainence problem they sent someone out right away. They were completely nice about it. Another thing I liked was that they often would give out pizza coupons if you brought your rent in before the first. Never heard of anyone doing that.
