Best Sushi ANYWHERE – I travel extensively to Europe, Asia/Pacific and especially US. Bob San is the best all around sushi place in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, San Fransisco and San Diego. Excellent sushi, music, atmosphere, comfort and service. Come to think of it, it is a best kept secret so forget what I said or I won't get a table! :)
Come Meet Bob! – As you walk in the door, you are automatically greeted by owner/chef Bob and staff. The service is wonderful, and we reccommend sitting at the sushi bar - Bob is a friendly guy who will help guide your sushi needs (if you need guidance). Otherwise, sit back, enjoy a glass of wine along with wonderful sushi!
Nice Selection – I went to Bob San this week and really enjoyed the experience. I thought the sushi was fresh and very good. I loved the huge selection of rolls they offer. It's always nice to try different rolls at different places. I think it's just as good as Kamehachi and Mirai as far as quality; it's just the atmosphere may not be as appealing to some.
