Customer service was excellent
We appreciate the time and patience Carolina spent with us. She gave us space when needed, and sat wuth us to answer any questions. She was the best.
Terrible service. I was looking for an adjustable bed frame and mattress and the representative assisting me showed me five mattresses and not one was what I’d ask her to show me. I lost my patience and left. Went done the street to Sit’n Sleep and found both adjustable frame and mattress.
