Your customer service was so fast for me tonspend my money, but you didnt take the time to explain your delivery team doesnt deliver past the 3rd floor in an apt building. I purchased my furniture I did explain this. I have no furniture( threw out my old furniture) wasted my time and impacted my credit going through financing with furniture I dont have.
