Bought used Kia soul from your dealership, wasn’t impressed by your prep & service dept But I had to bring my car in for warranty repair work, I could not find my paperwork but they were able to find it for me, Then I was given loner vehicle because there was a continuous drain on the battery and I could have been stranded with a dead battery I cannot forget about the cashier office got my loaner car and paid my bill The check in checkout guys a vac/wash An excellent job by all thank you
Have been a loyal customer of Bob Ross Buick GMC, as early as 2008 and am still, currently. Enjoyed driving several new Buick Enclaves earlier and now a 2019. I Had 3 recalls on my GMC Sierra and called to schedule an appointment. They were very kind and set me up for a couple days out in order to work with my schedule. Dropped my truck off in the morning and they had completed all work prior to me getting off work. I Picked up my truck and they offered to send me some quotes on new tires but didn’t over sell me on any unneeded work to my truck. I appreciate it.
