RecommendedMy vehicle went into limp mode. Service department was called and an appointment was made for the same day. Upon arrival vehicle was checked and issue found. New part was ordered. It arrived the next day and vehicle was fixed and returned to me.

Great experience buying a vehicle from there but extremely disappointed in the service center. Did not disclose fees before taking a look at my vehicle and took my vehicle to get a second quote and the independent auto shop told me that one of the parts they were trying to replace wasn’t even broken. (The part was also $1000). Because of the horrible service center experience I will never buy another vehicle from Bob Ross again.
