Great experience. Salesman Jarrett and Sales Manager Mitchell did an outstanding effort in getting me into a Santa Fe and financing that match my goal.
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and a problem was that the car was now in need of an alignment. Which I told them to go ahead and get it done. Which they did saving my more wear on the tires and keeping me and my family safe.
Way to expensive for a hat was done. I was there 2 hours and was charged 348 dollars. They wanted over a hundred dollars to tell me why the seat belt light is on.

I want to express my discomfort and complete frustration on the way that part of Bob Rohrman Hyundai-Genesis' staff handled a sale. I expressed interest in the 2011 Volvo XC60 that you had for sale. Yesterday evening I received a quote for it. I indicated that I will think about it as there was a part that need repair. Today in the morning I called and talked to the manager handing the deal.
