Very poor service staff. Had a scheduled service appointment, staff never made 1st attempt to let me know what the delay was or expected time to have my vehicle looked at. 3 days go by, and they say they still need another 3 days to just look at it, even though I had a scheduled appointment for a simple diagnostic.

This location has to running a Money laundering scheme because the service is so poor. They try to over quote all the time and make fasle recommendations to bully women into getting services. The staff only care up making sales and getting paid . I have to beg for a ride home and they always have an excuse why they cant wash my car. They have had my car for 3 days to check a speaker and change the Lug nuts . The speaker was just replaced and they charged me 700 dollars in labor for factory speakers that have already went out... read more

This dealership is in the wrong neighborhood. They do not care about their consumers. They will lie to sell you a car. You can do better at any other Chevrolet dealership.

My experience with All American ******************** in Killeen has been absolutely infuriating and unacceptable from start to finish.I dropped my truck off for transmission issues, and was originally told by my service advisor, ******, that it would be diagnosed within a week. That came and went. When I called back a week and a day later, I was told (by someone else) that for transmissions, the timeframe is actually 1014 business days. Was quoted an estimate of $895.92 for 50k ************ package and replacing brake pads/rotors. Left with an invoice of $2405.59. Original estimate had $87.50 for 50k Service and $397 per axle for pads/rotors. Invoice shows that the 397 per axle was for labor. Parts were charged at an additional ****** per axle (this does not include calipers, only pads and rotors) and the 50k service ballooned to $599.95. with $204.90 going to parts/fluids and $395.05 going to *********** was $1098.90 for parts and a whopping $1189.05 for w... read more

Bought a 2021 Expedition there just 2 months ago. We never received license plates. When we called the dealership they explained that they never got the title for the truck so it couldnt be registered. The registered owner wouldnt sign off on it. Well our trip permit that they gave us expires in 3 days and we get to park the truck till a new one comes in. Had my motor serviced and now Im dealing with a transmission issue and no accountability. Cant say the entire company isn't horrible and never once did I accuse just wanted some accountability. But being told Im rude and the care of not caring for my well being or my car and already complained about my car since the motor was replaced. i Leased an 2016 GMC ACADIA in April 2025, signed papers soon as i drove it off the lot had to take it to service that evening, the cost was over $2000, the service department fix the steering problem.
