I went in to have them use a specific tool on my vehicle to get air bubbles out of the system after a thermostat was fixed. They came back stating the head gasket was leaking. After spending 3K to fix the head gasket took it home and it still had no heat. They stated to take it back to them, they then used the tool to clear out the air bubbles as I had ORIGINALLY asked for in the first place. That was all back in December 2024. I got a new radiator at Bob Pulte Chevrolet and noticed my clock defaulted at 01/01/2010 which means they removed the battery when they worked on the car like they are supposed to but then a week later the car wouldn't start and lights would not come on and I couldn't get the key out of the ignition. I called Pulte Chevrolet and explained this and was told it probably has a dead battery. I soon found out that they forgot to put my positive bolt back on the battery! Horrible customer service, vehicle was broken into while on their lot in unmonitored back lot. License plates were stolen and Bible in case that looked like a purse was thrown in lot (assuming they thought it was a purse but realized it was a Bible) thankfully we got that back. Was basically told sorry about your luck file a police report on stolen tags but were not responsible.
