We ordered a part on 4/22 was told 4-6 days on lead time. Called 4/25 was told it would be Friday or Monday. Called again this morning and they do not have the part and couldn’t even tell me when it will be there just that it’s not going to be today. Hector is who I spoke with and I’ve never dealt with such a hateful person we had a deadline for this part and was told it would be in before our deadline and now we’re told they have one in Madison and we can go get it because that’s the way things should be done make the custo... read more
