I am so thrilled with the the job/repair they did on my Buick Lacrosse. Two days turn around, which really made me happy.And the car was clean inside and out. I can't say enough good about the experience I had.
I just want to give a huge shoutout to Bob’s , I had a claim through insurance and the process was fast and smooth. They got me in a rental , and had my car in an out of their shop within a WEEK! and the job looks awesome. I dropped the before and after pictures, thank you Bob’s!❤️
Brought my ‘93 Chevy in for rocker panel and cab corner repair and they had it done in less than a week! Even painted it to match 30 year old faded paint. Looks absolutely astonishing so happy with the work and the price I paid 10/10 work
Heard a dragging noise on my way to Louisville, called them, they found the issue, gave me a solution and no charge. Appreciated them greatly and will go there when I have an issue. Their free help this time will get them a customer.
Terrible service!!!! After 2 months, had to send my car to another body shop for work that was suppose to be done here. Over 7k in $$ spent for things to be wrong and them try to pin issues on me after they've had my car so long. Insane how Scott treats a woman in their business and his employees hold their heads down when they see it. The lies. The time. The disrespect... Just unbelievable and pitiful. I hope anyone who wants their car actually and rightfully fixed DOES NOT go here. I wouldn't trust these guys to spit on me... read more
