Fantastic experience on every level. Incredible attention to detail and to quality. Bob went above and beyond.
My gas fireplace pilot wouldn’t stay lit and kept going out when it was lit. Called Bob, explained what was going on, he had a cancellation and was able to come out 45 minutes later. Worked his magic, cleaned everything up and now I have the beautiful, warm fireplace just in time for winter. He was honest and upfront.
Bob serviced our gas fireplace and I can't say enough positive things about his knowledge and service. Our fireplace hasn't worked this well since the house was built. I'll definitely be using him for anything I can in the future.
Very friendly and helped make sure that they were able to get to me quickly and at a fair price compared to competitors. Highly recommend and we will be using them for any future needs!
