Can not recommend enough! Best there is! Have worked with him for years and he is always on time, on top of things and always positive! He is awesome!
Bob represented himself and his spouse in the purchase of our property at 7018 E CR 675 S in Plainfield. He was dishonest and unethical. He “forgot” to complete the PA agreement line disclosing his realtor status and license #. He threatened unjustly to sue me for defamation when I posted on social media. He had his wife write his response to our MIBOR complaint and told numerous lies. I would not recommend him.
Bob and his team were wonderful to work with! They walked us through every step of listing and selling our home. He worked with our schedule to show us potential new homes and was very patient while we chose the perfect one. The whole process went smoothly. I highly recommend Bob Paddock and the F.C. Tucker team.

I would NOT recommend! He represented himself and his wife in the purchase of property my husband and I listed for sale. He forgot to do a couple of pretty important things, reportedly because he was in a hurry and isn't used to buying properties for himself. Apparently it was more important to get his offer submitted quickly than to be sure to dot his i's and cross his t's when working *directly with* a seller.
