I highly highly recommend this dealership! Their Service Department is awesome. I recieved a video showing my car being serviced while i waited and Cody was promt and professional about keeping me informed. Buying here was the best car buying experience I have had. The numbers agreed on were what I ended up paying at signing, it didn't take all afternoon, No surprise charges, good intrest rates. My sales man Joshua Acuna told me what my trade was worth and the price of the car I purchased before I came in and that is what I got out the door. I was grossly over charged for my Nissan Gold Security Plus warranty. I was charged $2879.00 for a 60 month 100,000 mile warranty. I should have gotten many more months coverage for the amount of money I was charged. I am a senior citizen and I trusted this dealership to do the right thing and I got overcharged. I didn't know any better and I thought I was dealing with a reputable dealership!
Bit disappointing to not have proper communication about seeing the truck in person. The chat help left us in the air without a proper sign off. This lead to a two hour drive four total to see the truck which wasn't even there as they had told us (a bit unkindly) that we had agreed to meeting another day ( which wasn't discussed ) and the truck would be back after detailing and repair...Offered to sell us this truck unseen with delivery.
