I was told the only issue with my car was a loose terminal. It took them almost a whole week to get my car back to me. The very next day after they gave it back, it wouldn't start. I went to the Moore Nissan dealership, and it turns out the battery was completely dead. Nissan Norman never mentioned the bad battery—only the loose terminal—and I still had to pay over $300. Happy with my experience at Bob Moore. Cody was the salesman and David was the finance guy. Not sure the manager’s name but he was good as well. Up front, no games, would recommend.
I can’t speak highly enough of this service center! The customer service is top-notch, and they got my car fixed quickly and correctly. After the initial repair, I discovered another issue, and they took great care of me and got me back on the road in no time. The service manager, service advisors, technicians, and cashier were all wonderful. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. I think I’ve found my new go-to garage for any future repairs. 10/10—highly recommend!
