I had to get the resistor and the motor blower replaced in my Nissan Sentra. Bob Moore Nissan was excellent! They texted me the entire time my car was there. Matt, my service advisor, was excellent and super nice. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am and ideally wanted it done by that day. I ended up leaving my car overnight, the tech came in early to continue working on my car, and my car was done by 7:45 am the next day. Excellent service and communication.

I had an service appointment on Thursday and Ro Estrada took such great care of me. Helped me figure out that I was scheduled for the wrong service and corrected it so my vehicle could get fixed properly. The service was done quickly with great communication. I usually sit in the waiting room but since I had to go to work, Ro offered me drinks and snacks to go! Dealing with car stuff is usually stressful for me but this time it was a joy because of excellent service!
Excellent service advisor. I didn't ask her name but I thank is Rolanda. She did not push sales on me, which I like. I was informed of replacements. She was friendly excellent customer service!!
