We recently bought a truck. Everything with the sale was good. Just recently had issues with the extended warranty we got. Went and we talked to Eric Gooddale the business office director, he listened to our issues and we want to say THANK YOU so much for not letting us walk out not satisfied with the issues we had. Sales Rep. Krystal Marazzi rocks ! And Jeanne Keffer, too ! I sent these fine girls photos of my 2008 Lincoln Mark LT 4WD pickup to trade in on a 2011 Ford Platinum 4WD truck. They were easy to work with, quick with answers, very friendly, and they were super fair on my trade in. She went out of her way to pick up the specific truck he wanted from another dealership and helped my husband customize the truck to his needs. She really went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more pleased.
