RecommendedI had some scrapes on the right side passenger side on the fender and scratches on my back cover. They did a great join fixing it and painting it to match the rest of the truck. They have a waiting room with free coffee and bottled water plus a vending machine and a tv for your viewing pleasure. We had our car towed to Bob Moore after a wreck on January 10th. Today is April 13th and they aren't even close to finished - just Moore Excuses
CAUTION! Steered to Bob Moore Collision by my insurance company. After an exceptionally long process, additional lot damage to the vehicle while with them, poor fitting parts, missing parts (to include wheel lug nut), poor attention to detail even after bringing to upper management. Had one representative (Monty) insult us by suggesting that my wife and I were liars about the additional damage each time we came to pick up the vehicle.
