I was ready to give this dealer a 5-star rating, but after over 120 days since we purchased our Cadillac Optiq, we STILL do not have a jacket for my son that was promised during the purchase process. I have tried MULTIPLE times to resolve the issue with the original salesman. Most recently (2 weeks ago), I spoke to the GM of the store and have not yet received a response, AGAIN! It was so quick and easy it is unreal !! Collin is great :) Edit: I retract my previous statement. I bought this Kia 01/13/2026. It has been in the shop more than I’ve been able to drive it and it just went out on me again today for a new problem that was already there when sold to me. They ask you to sign and allow them to sign your name for you so you don’t have to sit there and go through all the documents.
