I had a great experience buying at Bob Moore Cadillac. I showed up a half an hour before closing time and they were happy to stay after hours to let us test drive, come to an agreement and get a vehicle bought. The process was smooth and easy. What a great experience for someone that bought a vehicle from 1,600 miles away. Thi and Frank were great in facilitating the purchase of our new Cadillac Escalade ESV. The price was what we had discussed over the phone and emails. No trickery or B.S. I would be lying if I said I wasn't a bit concerned with flying across the country to purchase the vehicle. I have service scheduled for Friday morning on my Escalade and I get a call requiring me to be somewhere else at that time so I come in at closing to Bob Moore Cadillac to drop off my vehicle and Marcus and Ty went out of their way at closing time to pull my vehicle into the bay to secure my vehicle and my accessories. Worst possible customer experience that I have ever received Karlee was sales person, Clinton is sales manager We agreed on price and because of holiday ( 4th of July) I could not procure one. Monday the 7th Karlee said sorry car was sold.
