I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with how Bob Moore Cadillac in Norman has treated my mother. This dealership has completely failed when it comes to customer care, professionalism, and integrity. My mom brought her new Cadillac in for service and was given a loaner vehicle. While driving it during a rainstorm on I-35, the car suddenly stalled with no warning. She was stranded for hours in the pouring rain, alone on the side of a busy road. That alone is unacceptable.
