Bob Monday is a slum lord. Do not rent from Monday Properties. I rented an apartment in Kenwood Apartments. Upon move-in, it quickly became evident that the apartment was uninhabitable. Storms caused flooding in the bedroom; leaks caused mold in the walls and ceiling. As a result of the water-filled ecosystem created inside of the apartment from the floods and leaks, it was prime real estate for bugs, especially fungus gnats (tons and tons of them coming from the cracks between the cabinets and ceiling from the water leaks).... read more
I typed the Honest Truth pertaining to an Eviction now in progress based on False Pretenses and it just deleted it. Anyway, I have taken professional photographs of Several violations. I have documentation and more solid evidence to take to court with me. I refuse to continue to use the attorney that Legal Aid assigned to me.
