Today I bought my first Outlander after driving one for 8 days that was rented. I always drive sports cars. I really had not thought about buying anything new. Our sales agent Chris was wonderful. Anthony, the finance agent was terrific. Every person we came in contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. They were just straight forward, no gimmicks , no fluff. I’m going to give them a five star rating because they finally returned my phone call and is going to try to help me order the parts that I want for my 2023 Mitsubishi outlander SE so with that if anybody is trying to order parts or get anything from them from experience, I would say give them time to call you back because they are very busy and short staffed that which I did not know That was the reason why I gave him a Lowe’s star rating before I knew That they were short staffed
Jennifer is the loveliest human. My boyfriend asked about 7 different trucks on the lot and she didn’t skip a beat with information and pricing on each, back and forth changing minds. The energy on her is unmatched!!
