Bob Mills was AMAZING!! I read the other reviews and thought I would give him a try. He tried to help us as much as he could over the phone, my husband is pretty handy, but my husband just couldn't get the heater fixed. Bob came over as soon as I called him and he got right to work. He had to fix my husband's mistakes and took the time to do it correctly. He was really patient and went over everything with me. Great services Our air conditioner stopped working. We have never found a person that we were 100% satisfied with until now. I called a few other places and they told me they would not be able to send someone for two weeks at the earliest. We have two small kids, going without air conditioning for two weeks is not an option. I called Bob Mills and he was out within two hours (not two weeks!).
