Been with State Farm since 1996 and never caused an accident. Called wanting to get better rates but was quickly told that's the rates and nothing more. Crazy thing is it felt wrong and kinda hurt as Ive always been a loyal customer but seems they were more than happy to do so. Gonna miss Statefarm but gotta save some money. Going to USAA
