I’ve been working with Bob McGrath Construction for the past 25 years on both residential and commercial projects. BMC has always held themselves to the highest standards and have exceeded my expectations over and over again. I continue to use them exclusively for my projects.
The repair of our exposed, sandstone deck and structure was very good, work was done quickly and professional. Our project manager was Ivan O. He was very easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional . The office and support staff was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend McGrath Construction very highly. When we were looking for a contractor for a remodel the name Bob McGrath came up several times. We thought if he can do the Broadmoor Hotel he knows his stuff and must be reputable. Bob’s whole team was considerate, personable and proficient . They left our home neat and tidy at the end of every day. Bob McGrath Construction did an amazing job on our extensive restoration of an historic home (originally built in 1900). I have been involved in many building projects over the years and knew what we were up against when we selected McGrath, and they proved they are as capable as I was hoping they would be.
