Pre-pandemic, McGrath had a construction quality supervisor who was excellent. Once he left in 2019/2020, every adjustment -- that was McGrath's fault -- was a battle with stubborn, unpleasant, in your face construction guys. They installed sliding glass doors backwards; would not fix them. They installed another sliding glass door that only opens about a foot; they said that was normal and would not fix it.
