Let me preface this review by stating that I've been using this shop for 5 or 6 years. I have one of their little "VIP member" cards. I took my car in for diagnostics Monday morning. Tuesday morning I spoke with the mechanic over the phone and learned that the drivers side wheel bearing and hub needed replacement - they said that it was a 2 and a half hour job, labor-wise. Worst service experience ever. Comments by customers that have been sold un-needed services are all true. Service starts with a minor repair and when you get the vehicle back you have a whopper of a bill. Wow!!! nice guys Great auto svc experiance – I'm new to the area & needed some svc work done on my truck. When I got there they were busy & the waiting area was full. I needed an alignment and some tune up work. All which was done percfectly. They saved me a bunch of $$$. The delealer would have been twice as much I suspect. The guys there were very nice & helpful. I noticed they were on a first name basis with some of their customers; which told me they have a high amount of repeat business. I know they'll have mine.

Bad Attitudes and even worse workmanship – I recently moved into the area and I have generally had great experiences with Goodyear stores. This was my first and my last time ever going to this store. I was rudely greeted upon entering the store. I left my car overnight and i was called late morning with the diagnosis. I approved the work and then i was called back later when the work was completed. Only they couldn't get a part in time and i had to bring it back in. Friendly & fair service We have taken our vehicles to this location several times and are always impressed with the service we receive. The manager and all staff are very friendly and explain everything in detail. They are very fair and have even suggested we take it to the dealer when it may have been warranty work so that we could save money. They also do not try to fix things when they know they cannot. They are honest and offer professional advice.
