Decided to Give this Place a 1 Star Due to the fact that I purchased a vehicle paid in FULL and they did not even bother to fill up the tank and Also 2 weeks after purchasing I had a coolant leak and they did not even bother with Fixing the Issue I paid 75k In FULL for a Truck. Response is complete BS they said they could not do absolutely nothing to try to solve the problem nor offered me to bring it back to them.I ended up paying out of pocket 1600 to get it replaced

I had a great purchasing experience here at Bob Maxey of Howell. The price was excellent on my pre-owned f-150. Jenny Olrich was my sales person and she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I had some minor issues after the purchase which Jenny and the service manager quickly resolved. The customer service I received here was unmatched. I am very impressed, and would highly recommend this location.
The Sales and Dealership experience were fantastic. Would highly recommend both Jenny Olrich (sales consultant) and the dealership.
