Absolutely shady. Bought 4 tires after reading their coupon page which had a $100 rebate for purchasing 4 tires. I was given a form to mail in which I needed to identify the tires by checking the model of tire. Of course they were too lazy to check it for me and nowhere on the invoice was the tire model listed. After having to call Goodyear directly I was informed that the tires I purchased did not qualify for the rebate. Dropped of the car for warranty service work the night before and spent 20 minutes with advisor while they typed up the information/invoice for the work. Next day I did not hear a word. Texted them at the end of the day since they said they communicate via text with progress of work and when car would be ready. Did not text back. Had to give them a call.
