Very Pleased I have been very happy with both sales and service at this dealership The service is very good and the salespeople have all been there for years. I have delt with the same salesperson for 12 years now and I have gotten to know the service guys and there respectful and good.
Go "The car dealer for grown-ups" is what they say and they are right. They treat you like an adult and if you like that you will be very happy there. I am 61 years old and bought enough cars in my life to know better. My used car had a couple of small problems but they were fair, thats all you can ask. I would go there again.
A Dodge Lover WOW, what a difference! The salespeople are not commissioned and there is no b/s "finance manager" there to see you the bogus elecronic rustproofing or paint sealant. One of the reasons I bought there is that the shop is open Monday through Saturday from 7am to 8 pm. I can get my truck serviced when I am not using it for my business. I always see the owner there, not like some other dealerships. I recommend.
Excellent dealership! Great people, great prices! You dont get that "typical car dealer" stuff there. If you get your car serviced there its done right the first time and the people are friendly.
Agriculture is #1 in county This dealership has a reputation of an off kilter owner, but to hear farmers and customers ridculed by his service manager and mechanics in the waiting area in front of customers is really out there! Agriculture and families that farm the area talk alot about their trucks and where to get them repaired. With the attitude at Genesee Valley they must think their big city people. cant trust them... A few years back I brought my new used suv there for an oil change. 3 weeks later the oil change light turned on so I brought it back. They told me I couldn't come in the back when they checked it out but I insisted. When he checked the oil it was short by.at least a quart. Conclusion: they never changed the oil. Never went back.
Ms. I have no idea what some of these other reviews are talking about. I bought my used car from a salesperson who was totally upfront with me, they gave me a 90 day factory warranty for free and didn't try to sell me crap I didn't want. I guess if you buy a used car and want absolutely no problems you should have bought a new one instead. My husband will be stopping in to buy a truck this week
Alot of cars! Never boughten a used car from here- However a great friend of mine did- Car was reasonably priced-- however had alot of problems with it-. She was bale to take back and they fixed for a great deal. After much complaining to the owners. Good service. PROS: Good service CONS: Not so great quality of vehicle
