Had 4 new tyres replaced on my car. Was told it would take 1.5hrs, I ended up leaving almost 3hrs later. I also queried them whether my Rim protectors will be a problem to which I was assured they can work around them. After the job was finished all 4 rim protectors were visibly damaged further to my normal wear. 1 wheel had a large part of it torn completely off and another had been clumsily reattached which flew off on the road on my way home.
