I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. Customer service was absolutely unacceptable. On Wednesday, I visited the store to order two rear tyres. I was told they weren't in stock but could be ordered for Friday. I specifically asked if the job could be completed by 11:00 am because I had work commitments and could not afford to be delayed. I dropped my HSV off at Bob Jane T-Marts Hornsby to have a new set of tyres fitted. When I returned to collect the vehicle, I discovered that my front bumper / inner guard had been damaged while it was in their care. After the damage occurred, the store manager advised me that they don't normally deal with lowered cars. If that was the case, I believe this should have been raised before accepting the job, not after my vehicle had already been damaged. These guys are the best! A shredded tyre, a child to pick up from daycare, and heaps of cars already booked in when I spoke with Graime first thing. Realising my predicament, he made sure my car was fixed well before the estimated time. A pleasure to deal with on every level, and highly recommend. Definitely five stars
