Friendly, professional and when I urgently needed a replacement tyre to transport someone to medical appointments across the city they squeezed me in on a rainy day when the streets were full of potholes! Thank you guys! Not all angels wear white
We had a great experience yesterday with the Hornsby store. The team really looked after us. They spent nearly an hour helping me get the spare tyre off my van, which had a lock nut, and didnt charge me and arm and a leg A big thank you to Mitch in the office and the whole team, they went above and beyond to help us out, and get us back on the road. Really grateful for their effort and service. Highly recommend!
