I have been to Bob Jane T-Mart Hornsby at least 5 times over the last 10 years. This has included tyre punctures and replacing wheels. I am always very pleased in how quickly they can fit me in (other places you can wait weeks). They have always provided me with the right advice (though you may not always want to hear that you really need a new tyre) and they let you know how much more you can get from your tyre. I booked for Thursday 29May25 for 2 new Continental Tyres and on arrival I was told that the tyres did not arrive. I was told that the tyres would arrive on Monday, so I rebooked for Tuesday 3June25. On arrival I was again told that the tyres had not arrived. I had been a customer for over 40 years however the use by date had arrived and we are no longer customers of Bob Jane TMart Hornsby. One mistake is OK, two means I don't really care about customers and you should take it or leave it. I choose to leave it permanently.
