got my car back after an alignment and it drove dead straight. got the before and after toe and castor specs, happy days.
Booked in to fix a punctured tyre, waited over an hour to be told they can’t fix it as the screw entered at an angle and the only solution was to replace the tyre entirely. Went to North Shore mechanics 2min away and they were able to mend it in 5min. I don’t know if this place thinks they can scam me because I am female and know nothing about cars or they are simply truly incompetent, won’t be returning and will spread the word too.
Had a split tyre from pothole on way to Newcastle and customer service found my exact tyre type on the route there (so not out of way) and Hornsby fit me in straight away and were so friendly.
Stopped this shop as needed a battery desperately, staff was very helpful and i was in and out within 15 mins with a fresh battery. Will definitely use again for future services
