Absolutely wonderful experience with Bob Jane Hervey Bay. I do show a great amount of nervousness, as there is a fear I’ll get taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge and understanding with anything car related. Shoutout to David who showed a great amount of care an education during our interactions. I received 4 new tyres as a part of a 4 for 3 deal today ($629) and it took a very quick 1.5hrs. Prompt and Efficient Service I had new tyres fitted and a wheel alignment done at Bob Jane T-Marts Hervey Bay and was really impressed with the service. Only took 1.5 hours and a message was sent to me when the service was completed. The team were professional, efficient, and had everything completed promptly. Great communication throughout the process, and my car now drives so smoothly. Highly recommend them for anyone needing tyres or alignment!
