So I sent this company an email about a set of 4 tyres that were $1100.00 which they didn’t have and weren’t available in my size (I think) So rather than ask questions about my possible needs and budget they suggested a set of tyres $380.00 above my enquiry …. 38% over what I originally asked about… so no I was t happy and replied to their email with courtesy … and didn’t hear back … Really poor customer service and lost a sale … The sale was yours if you followed through with pointed questions….tines are tough and an extra... read more
Awesome service. Very happy with my tyres and price. Highly recommend them.
Good price but taking 2 hours to fit and balance 4 tyres what a joke. Booked in for 10am got in a bit early and didn't get out until nearly 12pm. I will be finding a different tyre supplier next time. I have been going to Bob Jane for 35 plus years in Sydney and Brisbane and never been so long getting this work done. Poor service when you see three people standing around talking to each other rather than doing there job.
