I came in to have a leak in my tyre fixed. I was indeed thankful and very relieved that at around 4pm Saturday afternoon the store was still open. It was very important that I had a car in case of an emergency. Realising my husband and I were stressed a staff member offered us a bottle of water and went out of his way to prepare tea and reassure us the car wouldn't take long to fix as it was a small puncture.
