Good old fashioned customer service by the entire team! I called the store and spoke to Richard, who was awesome and managed to book me in that afternoon to fix my punctured tyre. I was welcomed by Taila to check my car in and sort the paperwork, then directed to the waiting room that was clean and peaceful at the end of a long day!
