We had a flat tyre, one of the wheel nuts was stripped and we could take it out. Took the car to the Bob Jane Tmart. They told us that they did have the proper tools to extract the nut. I thought it was really poor that a tyre place could not do it, while it took my mechanic friend 15 minutes to replace it. . Not happy Jane
Brought 4 tires fitted and balanced the staff where very knowledgeable and sold me tires best suited for my car and price range they fitted them there and then while I waited and I had a courtesy coffee in the waiting room watching TV 👍
Great service! Had many technical questions about wheel offset and sizing for my vehicle. I was given a clear explanation and clarification. Highly recommend as I was cross shopping other tyre and wheel shops and ended up here because of them taking the time to explain.
Great service by the technician team. Instead of me having to buy a brand new tyre, the technicians were able to quickly patch up my punctured tyre.
