Other than the service advisor being extremely friendly when I arrived that is the end of what was good out of the visit. After having my vehicle there for over 24 hours I had to call to find out the initial diagnosis. All I was told is that my vehicle a 2011 suburban was not having any of the issues: oil pressure meter waving from 20-60psi and in addition my acceleration being extremely slow to go when flooring it. My niece purchased a vehicle from here two months ago and they have still not given her the title. They are giving her the run around and refusing to reurn phone calls. She is 16 and having to make payments on a truck that she cannot drive. Now they are having to get their lawyer involved to try and get this resolved.
60 days and still haven't recieved our title to a truck we purchased! All we get is a run around anytime we call or don't return our calls! We will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again!!! This Truck was purchased for our 16 year old daughter for her first truck and now she can't even drive it because we can't get it tagged!!! I am furious!!! I strongly recommend not to purchase from this company!
I just bought my 2007 mustang here yesterday and I could not have been happier with the service. Terry Jacobs was so friendly and made me feel comfortable with my purchase and worked with me really well to get to the price I wanted. If you ever need a car, go here for sure!!!
I bought a 2015 chevy malibu and my experience was wonderful! My salesperson Brishawn was amazing. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the chevy brand. Friend bought a new truck on Saturday.. Already had to take it in for issues to motor. He was also lied to about the warranty the truck came with and was told it only came with 36000 powertrain warranty just so they could sell him an extended warranty. Worst experience at a dealership. Would not recommend it to anyone.
We had a great experience and we love our new car! Terry Jacobs was very helpful and full of information.
