We had a great experience purchasing our daughters first vehicle. Everyone was just as excited as she was when we were going through all the paper work. Colleen was exceptional with my daughter and had that special “mother’s touch” when it came to explaining the vehicle details. We honestly were made to feel like family. Best car buying experience we’ve had in a loooonnng time! Our salesman met us at the door with a handshake. Got a very fair amount on trade in (We actually traded in two older vehicles). Our salesman, Bill Dabney didn’t spend time telling us how junky our trade ins were like most other dealers I’ve ever encountered. Finance person (Cecilia)was very easy to understand and explained everything so well. Even the manager was friendly and not condescending. Overall we’re very pleased with our experience and our new Impala!
My son just bought his car this week and Colleen VanHouten went above and beyond to make sure he was in a safe, dependable car. She made the process so fast and easy! Great car buying experience! Our family will definitely be returning!
