I went in yesterday to look at 3 suburbans I had seen online. Colleen showed them to me and we discussed the pros and cons of each one. I picked the one I absolutely loved and she made it happen! she was seriously a dream to work with! I have never bought a car with so little stress, ever. she was incredibly sweet and particularly helpful with my 2 year old since I was alone. I had such a great experience at Bob Hook service department, getting my warranty repair to my Chevy Cruze. Kris Hurt was the most helpful employee ever, making sure I got a nice rental car from enterprise on top of everything! I’ll definitely go here from now on.
