If o could give zero stars i would. I was assigned this appraiser and I am very unhappy with their work. My appraisal came back $10000 lower than expected and the appraiser did not use comparable comps to evaluate my property. Even after doing appropriate erase arch and finding comps that matched more closely he did not adjust the appraisal after a rebuttal was submitted. I would never use their services again. Please be weary if you are assigned this appraiser.
