Went in for car inspection. Was in and out in less than two hours. Looks like they rinsed off or at least, partially washed my car which I appreciate very much with all of the salt on the roads.

A huge improvement, Biggest advantage is Victory starts working on your vehicle at appointment time versus only securing a slot. From time of arrival to departure, 27 minutes. Service department kept me up to date on status Overall experience was great. I will definitely return for future service.

Sal was fabulous. He addressed my problems and went out of his way to provide me excellent service and save me money too! Having someone pick me up and drop me off at work was a God send and really appreciated. The driver was friendly and courteous. I am used to superior service from my previous dealership in CT and Saturn recommended Victory Chevrolet in the Charlotte, NC area. They were right! If I need future work on my Saturn Vue, I will go back to Victory Chevrolet.
The service is by far the most engaging and customer centric of any in this area.

They were both professional and pleasant to work with. We went initially to look at a car we'd seen online, but ended up purchasing a different vehicle. We are very pleased with our new vehicle and the manor in which we were taken care of.
