Great food great service, had a party of 5, seated immediately, had one member with liquid and soft diet only, was able to accommodate. never ran out of coffee, which is always a plus. food was hot

The staff were very nice and polite and courteous. The sirloin steak I had however,was not very good. I should have just had bacon and eggs.
We've eaten at Bob Evans many times, and the food was good as always. We were driving on vacation and stopped at Beckley for lunch. Our service there was outstanding!
We got the to go breakfast meal. We have gotten it several times before and it's been great. However this time, the biscuits were very hard like they'd been out since this morning, the pancakes were tiny, the sausage was burnt and they didn't even give us any syrup for our pancakes. Very disappointed and won't be going back anytime soon.
