Bob Evans has always been my go to place for breakfast. Haven't been disappointed yet.
So I chose to go to Bob Evans this morning with my mother because this place is my favorite place to get breakfast; however, we waited for about twenty minutes and still no service. No water, coffee, or anything. Then another couple walked in and were helped immediately. We chose to leave when this happened. This has never happened to us, and yes, I was upset. We ended up going to Scramblers and was served immediately. Horrible experience for us from Bob Evans today!
They can be short staffed so longer waits. But the food is always gold and they're very friendly. So I'm still giving them 5 stars.
